We create jobs
"We create jobs" has always been one of Kraftanlagen München's (KAM) slogans. The KAM group has been able to continuously increase the number of its employees in recent years thanks to the positive economic development of the company. In 2009 we could increase our number of employees with 67 new engagements.
Traineeships is also a high-priority issue for KAM, as these trainees ensure that we are better equipped to meet the challenges of the future. We currently employ 72 trainees in different capacities.A total of 15 new traineeships are on offer for the new training year, which commences in the autumn of 2010.
In addition to the usual training, suitable applicants are invited to take part in various next-generation promotion programs supported by KAM. This also applies to junior employees with special qualifications, such as 'A' levels or degrees from technical universities. Seven employees are currently pursuing studies at a university of cooperative education within the framework of a BAFH next-generation promotion program. Kraftanlagen München continues to grow. New recruits are planned for this year and for the coming years. The demand will be especially great for engineers and specialist technical personnel.
